CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION :
The competitions are open to all senior riders.
Underaged riders must follow the legal regulations.
The enrollment fee: € 15.00 + any bank charges must be paid by post
order on the name of Remi Gruwez, Oostvleterenstraat, 67 at B 8640 Woesten.

The enrollment form must be completed to be sent to the above address.
Incorrect statements on this form represent the loss of all rights for the
subscriber. It is impossible to reclaim the enrollment fees.
The riders will follow strictly all obligations on them by legal representatives
or organizers imposed.
In time registered riders wil receive a list of start order and timetables, the day
of the race, when they collect their rucknumber between 11.00 am and 12.00 am.
The start order is also at least 2 days before the race put on the website.
Late registered riders will be avaiable the entire duration of the race.
Racers who appear to late at the start will lose their starting turn and by
repeating their participation right. Racers with technical defect in the
first half of his race may opt for a restart after the last registered rider.
Signing the registration form means the recognition of the foregoing provisions.
The registration is valid for the Time trial Championships and the Classic race
Reninge - Woesten.
For the evening criterion is a separate registration foreseen (17.00 pm).
By timely inquiry we mediate for residence / meals. If you pay on the spot,
the registration fee = € 20.00.
PRIZES :
Every night, the prices will be awarded to the winners of the International
Championships in “De Meiboom”, Oostvleterenstraat, 67, Woesten.
The winner will receive the Champion jersey, trophy, Medal + certificate.
The 2nd and 3rd of the results receive a trophy, Medal + certificate.
The 4th until the 15th in the time trial Championships receives a trophy.
For the Classic road race obtain the first 30 a trophy. ( + 10 for + 65 Y.)
The General Championship (rankings T.T. + Classic Reninge - Woesten)
is endowed with 3 supertrophys, medals + certificates and a Champion jersey.
There are also 50 cash prizes worth of € 1700.00 and distributed as follows:

The evening criterion is endowed with a Champion jersey, trophy,
Medal + certificate, € 350.00 prizes and more than € 550.00 premien.
Any rider who is timely registered for the International
Championships receive a souvenir.
